SKYKOMISH PRESENTS HOLIDAY MARKET

(SKYKOMISH, WA) -- The historic railroad community of Skykomish in the upper Sky Valley holds its annual Holiday Market in just a few days, on Saturday Nov.23.

The event will be held from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Maloney's General Store.
Local vendors and artisans will have a variety of one of a kind and hand made gifts for sale for the Christmas season including hand bags and other hand sewn articles, hand turned wooden bowls and other woodcraft items including benches, boxes, rocking chairs and driftwood art.
There will also be photography, hand knits, crocheted rugs, a wide selection of styles of jewelry, carved re-purposed stone, Eastern Washington apples, quilted wall hangings, embroidered pillows and more.
Native American flute player, Peter Ali will add music to the occasion from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, presented by Skykomish Friends of the Library.
It’s a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon and find that special gift for family members and friends as well as support your local economy, artisans and American made goods.
