(SKYKOMISH, WA) -- The family of Richard Whitney went camping off Beckler Road near Skykomish on the weekend of July 22-24.
On Sunday the family dog, “Chopper” a 5-year old chocolate lab, seen in the photo at right (click to enlarge), wandered off and never came back.
Chopper was wearing a leather collar with little “sheriff” stars on the collar.
The Whitney family is hoping someone found Chopper or will find him and bring him home. Anyone with information on Chopper’s whereabouts is asked to call 425-299-7118 or 425-299-3529.
