Judge says city of Monroe must pay him $10,000 and then some

(MONROE, WA) -- Never let it be said that anti-tax, anti-red light guru Tim Eyman doesn’t know how to do a world class gloat when he wins one big.
Saturday Eyman was riding a win streak and giddy with delight saying that Friday was, “A earthquake ruling in the ongoing battle over automatic ticketing cameras," in Monroe.
