(UPPER SKY VALLEY, WA) -- Frontier Communications crews were working late Friday afternoon to repair a fiber line that was dug up due to third party construction.
As a result of damage to the line, it caused phone and high speed Internet outages in the Startup, Gold Bar and Index areas.
Crews had expected to have the have the fiber line repaired and service restored by 6:00 pm Friday evening.
