WASHINGTON STATE FAILING KIDS?

(REGIONAL) -- Is Washington State failing its children?
Has the recent Superior Court ruling declaring the State in violation of its constitutional "paramount duty" to make ample provision for the education of all students, proof that the legislature has dropped the ball badly on education?
And if so, what should be the state’s marching orders now?
Writers Mike Blair, Catherine Ahl and Bill Williams make the case in a new Op-Ed piece in the Sky Valley Chronicle that Washington’s legislature has badly failed the children of Washington State and the legislature needs to move now to correct that failure
