SERVICE TO BE HELD FOR 3 WASH STATE TROOPERS WHO DIED IN FIRE
August 21, 2010



(YAKIMA, WA) -- A community service honoring the lives of 3 Washington State Patrol Troopers who perished Monday in a fast moving house fire in Zillah will be held on Friday of next week.

The memorial service for trooper Gary Miller, Communications Officer Anne Miller-Hewitt, and Trooper Kristopher Sperry will be held Friday, August 27, at 1:00 p.m. at the Yakima Sundome. The public is welcomed to attend.

The Yakima Sundrome is located at 1301 S. Fair Avenue in Yakima.

A law enforcement procession will take place prior to the service

A memorial fund has been established for the officer’s families. Those wishing to make a donation may contact the Washington State Patrol Memorial Foundation, Post Office Box 7554, Olympia WA 98507.
