SNOHOMISH IS HOST TO KLA HA YA DAYS EVENTS

(SNOHOMISH, WA) -- Get ready for four days of major summer fun! Today kicks off four days of Kla Ha Ya Days festival events in and around Snohomish. Today there’s a carnival starting at 2:00 pm at Harvey Field, a Farmer’s Market on Cedar Avenue at 4:00 pm and the Kla Ha Ya Days annual kid’s parade also at 4:00 pm at Pilchuck Park.

Tomorrow the carnival continues opening at 11:00 am. Also at 11 am there’s a wedding gown sale at Victorian Manor, 610 First Street, the annual Kla Ha Ya Days Golf Tournament at 1:00 pm at Snohomish Gold Course and at 10:00 pm Friday night the Kla Ha Ya Days fireworks show at Harvey Field.
Saturday is another big day of events starting with the Five Mile & 1 Mile River Run at 8:30 am, followed by the huge Snohomish Street Fair with over 70 booths from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The carnival continues at Harvey Field, there’s a kid’s soapbox grand prix race at First Street & Avenue A and a salmon barbecue at Hill Park on Lake Blackman from noon to 8 :00 pm among many other events.
On Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm there’s the Les Schwab Rod, Custom & Classic Car Show featuring over 250 custom cars, the Taste Of Snohomish on Avenue A at First Street, the carnival at Harvey Field, more salmon barbecue at Hill Park and the Kla Ha Ya Days Family Stage Entertainment at Carnegie parking lot between First & Pearl streets.
