(MOUNT VERNON, WA) -- Are you ready the quit the rat race, bag that long commute and stop long enough to smell the roses....er, tulips?

Well here's your chance at a fragrance filled lifestyle in the country.

What could be better to cure those nasty, corporate created blues?

Tulip Town, a 30-acre farm up in Skagit County that's a huge part of the county's popular annual Tulip Festival, is up for sale. You can have it for just $1.95 million.

You get the land, equipment for planting, harvesting and shipping tulips according to the Skagit Valley Herald .

Tulip Town's co-owners, husband and wife Tom, 84, and Jeanette DeGoede, 79, have reached that stage in their lives where they want to step back from the daily grind and enjoy some down (retirement) time.

But as part of the sale, they want to make sure their flower farm goes to a buyer who is worthy of keeping the tradition going.

They both want the business to end up in caring hands so that it will continue to be a part of the fabric of Skagit County.
