(SEATTLE, WA. – Late last week Seattle Public Schools released a full list of schools where a former teacher’s assistant, now accused of rape, worked during the time he was employed by the district.
Albert C. Virachismith, 40, started working with the district in 2014. The Seattle man is facing child rape and molestation charges.
Police allege he raped a John Muir Elementary student five to six times in a school bathroom during the 2016-17 school year. Virachismith is currently being held in the King County Jail with bond set at $500,000.
Virachismith worked at nine schools during his employment with the district. At upper right is the district’s timelines of his employment.
The Seattle Police Department is investigating whether Virachismith may have victimized other children since prosecutors said last week that Virachismith had access to thousands of children while working for the school district over the years.
Anyone with information about additional potential victims in this case is asked to contact Detective Anthony Belgarde at†firstname.lastname@example.org<.i>.
