SHOOTING IN AUBURN KILLS ONE AND
INJURES TWO

Colonial Village apartments, Auburn.
(AUBURN, WA) -- Gunfire broke out at an Auburn apartment house Monday evening and when it was over police say one person was dead and two others were injured.

It was unclear what sparked the violence.

Auburn police officers were called to the Colonial Village Apartments at 2022 I Street NE just after 8:30 p.m. following 911 calls about a fight and gunshots heard.

On arriving they found three victims – two men believed to be in their 20’s and a young woman.

One of the men was deceased; the other man was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with gunshot wounds.

The woman was also taken to Harborview for treatment of knife wounds, according to police.
