BREAKING NEWS | | SET YOUR CLOCKS BACK ONE HOUR THIS WEEKEND November 03, 2012

(MONROE, WA) -- It’s that time of year again, following the old adage “Spring forward, Fall back.” And since it is Fall we must fall backward a hair.
It is the end of daylight savings time this weekend here in the gorgeous Sky Valley where all the women are strong and pump iron, all the men are movie star pretty and all the kids are so far above average they’re writing award winning iPhone apps by the age of three.
All which means turn your clocks back one hour Saturday night (tonight) even though the change doesn’t become official until 2 a.m. Sunday local time.
People who live in Hawaii, most of Arizona and some U.S. territories don’t have to change clocks because they don’t observe daylight-saving time.
Now is also a good time to put a new battery in that smoke alarm in the house.
