 BREAKING NEWS | |  NURSING SUPERVISOR IN SKY VALLEY FACILITY ADMITS TO STEALING MORPHINE November 13, 2010

 (SEATTLE, WA) -- As part of a plea agreement a Snohomish nurse pleaded guilty Friday to stealing pain medication from the Snohomish nursing home where she worked, according to a report by KOMO-TV in Seattle.
Jolene Larsen, 38, admitted stealing morphine on a number of occasions from prescription vials intended for patients, and then replacing the drug with tap water.
The incidents occurred between November 2009 and May 2010 when she worked as supervisor at Merry Haven Care Center in Snohomish, according to the report.
Larsen will be sentenced in January and faces up to ten years in prison and a possible fine.
