MAN FOUND NAKED IN GIRLS LOCKER ROOM AT MOUNT VERNON SCHOOL
November 02, 2013

(MOUNT VERNON, WA) -- Police say a self employed contractor in Mount Vernon was found naked in the girl's locker room at Marysville Getchell High School on Monday night of this week.

Brett Linert, 50, was arrested on suspicion of second degree burglary with sexual motivation and made his first court appearance in Snohomish County on Friday.

Police say a janitor found Linert naked near the shower stalls with his clothes on his lap. The incident happened Monday evening during a junior varsity soccer match.

Linert told police he was at the campus for the soccer game and that he was in that area to take care of personal hygiene problems.

The janitor told police he did not see that Linert had any have any shower toiletries with him and that Linert was not wet.

The locker room doors are supposed to be locked at all times. It was not clear how Linert made entry into the locker room.
