COLLISION NEAR SNOHOMISH INJURES TWO
September 15, 2008

(SNOHOMISH, WA) -- A grinding, head-on collision of two cars last Saturday afternoon just south of Snohomish on Highway 9 injured two people and blocked traffic for hours. Taken to Harborview Hospital in Seattle for treatment of injuries were 61-year old Victoria Wyndham of Snohomish and 19-year old Kory Archer of Everett.

The Washington State Patrol says the accident happened just before 3:00 p.m. at the juncture of Highway 9 and 160th Street just a few miles south of Snohomish. Officers say it appears the accident happened when Archer’s car, traveling northbound, crossed the center lane and struck Wyndham’s vehicle.
