(LARGO, FLA.) -- Police in Florida say an attorney is facing charges after he allegedly paid some female inmates for sex acts that were supposed to be for a proposed “girls in jail” porn video series.
Tampa TV station WTVT-TV reported that lawyer Andrew Spark was arrested Sunday after deputies at the Pinellas County Jail in Largo caught him with his pants down (literally) while he was in the attorney visitation room with a 28-year-old female jail inmate.
Detectives say when they walked into the room it appeared as though the two were about to have a sex act and that Spark's member was "fully exposed.
The Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri also alleges that Spark solicited sex from at least two incarcerated women and in return for the sexual favors, Spark would put money in their commissary accounts.
According to a published report in he Tampa Bay Times, Spark had allegedly filmed the sex acts on his iPad for a video porn project called "Girls in Jail."
When contacted at his home by a TV reporter, Spark declined comment saying he was in the process of obtaining the services of a attorney to represent him in the matter.
