(NATIONAL) -- In yet another large credit card security breach involving a large retailer, Michaels Stores, Inc. said Thursday that about 2.6 million cards used at its stores may have been affected in a security breach.

Michaels is the largest arts and crafts chain in the country. The company said its subsidiary Aaron Brothers was also breached, with about 400,000 cards potentially affected.
