(SULTAN, WA) -- The Sultan City Council will hear from Snohomish County Sheriff Lieutenant Jeff Brand, the candidate for the Sultan Police Chief, at approximately 6:15 p.m. Thursday, December 11, 2008 at city council chambers at 319 Main Street in Sultan.
