Washington’s Attorney General makes move to defend affordable health care act

(OLYMPIA, WA.) — Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson and a multi-state coalition has asked a federal court to allow them to intervene in a lawsuit in order to defend the Affordable Care Act (ACA), legislation that more than 800,000 Washingtonians depend on for their health care.
