(REGIONAL) -- Gary Randall, of the Faith & Freedom Network advises the group’s attorney notified them Wednesday that the State of Washington has filed its “Brief in Opposition” to sealing the names of those who signed R-71 petitions, the anti-gay rights measure that was defeated in the last election.
