(UPPER SKY VALLEY) -- The next Reiter Forest planned recreational area volunteer work party/field day here in the Sky Valley is scheduled for October 17. The day will be used to get more familiar with the non-motorized area and the potential opportunities for non-motorized trails and facilities.

REITER FOREST WORK PARTY SCHEDULED

(INDEX, WA) -- The next Washington State Dep’t of Natural Resources (DNR) sponsored Reiter Forest work party for volunteers is scheduled for October 2nd.

The field day picks up where volunteers left off on September 19th when DNR staffers and volunteers began reconnaissance efforts to collect information about potential areas for non-motorized trails.
