IRON GOAT NETWORKS SEEKS CABLE FRANCHISE IN SULTAN

(SULTAN, WA) -- A small Sultan based broadband Internet service provider is seeking a franchise to install a new fiber optic broadband cable TV network in Sultan.

(SULTAN, WA) -- The Sultan City Council will hear from Snohomish County Sheriff Lieutenant Jeff Brand, the candidate for the Sultan Police Chief, at approximately 6:15 p.m. Thursday, December 11, 2008 at city council chambers at 319 Main Street in Sultan. FOLLOWING AUDIT SULTAN TO IMPROVE ACCOUNTING CONTROLS

(SULTAN, WA) -- The State Auditor’s Office has completed its audit of the City of Sultan’s 2007 financial records. The audit resulted in Sultan receiving one “finding” for several deficiencies in internal controls over accounting and financial reporting.
