Kristi Noem (R-SD) and John Conyers, Jr. (D-MI) led a bipartisan group of lawmakers Thursday in reintroducing H.R. 2193, the Remote Transactions Parity Act (RTPA), which aims to create a level playing field so Main Street stores and online retailers across the country can compete fairly.

Four People Sickened After Eating At Capitol Hill Restaurant

(SEATTLE, WA.) -- King County Public Health is investigating a Mexican restaurant on Seattle’s Capitol Hill due to a cluster "of suspected cases of the bacterial toxins, Bacillus cereus or Clostridium perfringens," according to Food Safety News (FSN). Both cause gastroenteritis with abdominal cramps and diarrhea.
