(SEATTLE, WA.) – On Friday around 10 am in the morning, detectives from the King County Sheriff’s Office Civil Unit - as well as members of the King County Sheriff’s Tac-30 (SWAT), Hostage Negotiation Team (HNT) and a Mental Health Professional - were at a home in the 5600 block of 42nd Ave. SW in West Seattle to serve a civil eviction notice on a 52-year old man who was living alone at the residence.
