East Coast Ticket Sales Company To Pay Wash. State $60K For Use Of “Ticket Bots”

(OLYMPIA, WA.) – Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced yesterday that two Massachusetts-based ticket-buying companies will pay Washington state $60,000 for using “ticket bot” software, a violation of Washington’s Ticket Sellers Act.

Oregon Woman Pleads Guilty To Assault With Intent To Murder Two Family Members

(PORTLAND, ORE.) – On Wednesday, February 7 a young woman from Oregon, Rhyan Leigh Smith, 26, of Warm Springs pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to two counts of assault with the intent to commit murder and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.

Bill To Require Better State Notification To Rural Communities Prior To Relocating Wildlife Approved By State House

(OLYMPIA, WA.) – The state House of Representatives approved a bill Thursday by a vote of 97 to 1 that would ensure the state Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) does a better job of notifying the public before relocating wildlife.
