(NATIONAL) – You may have heard that Starbucks is closing more than 8,000 stores Tuesday (this) for an afternoon of anti-bias training following public outcry over the arrest of two black men at one of its stores in Philadelphia last month who were doing nothing more nefarious than waiting for a colleague to arrive and asking to use the bathroom.

(BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WA.) – The the U.S. Coast Guard Pacific Northwest says a small plane crashed early Sunday evening into the waters of Puget Sound just off Bainbridge Island, leaving one woman with serious injuries and a man missing.
