(KING COUNTY, WA.) -- King County Flood Control issued a Flood Alert just before 12:30 am Wednesday saying that the Snoqualmie River had reached Flood Phase 3 and that "moderate flooding" was expected in the low lying areas throughout the Snoqualmie Valley.
