(FORT COLLINS, CO) -- The tale of the alleged Colorado balloon boy hoax gets more intriguing with each passing day. Sheriff’s investigators now say an “associate” of the boy’s father is wanted for questioning after e-mails surfaced showing the two had discussed a similar stunt months ago as part of a public relations campaign to get the family a TV show.

(LARIMER COUNTY, CO) -- Larimer County Colorado Sheriff Jim Alderden held news conference Sunday afternoon to announce that the evidence they have now shows that Richard and Mayumi Heene lied to police and news media when they reported their six-year-old son, Falcon, had been carried away inside a helium balloon that escaped form the back yard of the family’s home.
