(SEATTLE, WA.) -- In the wake of the tragic shooting death by police of an unarmed woman in Minneapolis who had called police for help - and where police body cams had not been turned on to record what happened -- Seattle Mayor Ed Murray Monday signed an Executive Order requiring all Seattle Police patrol officers to wear body-worn video cameras (body cameras).
