TWO CHARGED WITH ANIMAL CRUELTY IN PUPPY MILL CASE

(MOUNT VERNON) -- Skagit County prosecutors filed four second-degree animal cruelty charges Thursday against a Mount Vernon couple in an ongoing investigation into an alleged multimillion-dollar puppy mill.
