(EVERETT, WA) -- The Gold Bar area man and wife facing the first felony animal cruelty charges to be filed in the Snohomish County “puppy mill” case pleaded not guilty to those charges yesterday in Everett’s Snohomish County Superior Court and have opted for a trial.
