(REGIONAL) -- The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency issued a Stage 1 burn ban for Snohomish, Kitsap and Pierce counties effective at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday.

SUPREME COURT CLOSE TO RULING ON RELEASE OF R-71 SIGNER NAMES

(REGIONAL) -- Gary Randall, of the Faith & Freedom Network advises the group’s attorney notified them Wednesday that the State of Washington has filed its “Brief in Opposition” to sealing the names of those who signed R-71 petitions, the anti-gay rights measure that was defeated in the last election.
