|ON REDISCOVERING VALUES|
February 04, 2010
Are we about due for a “moral recovery” in America along with what we hope is an economic recovery from the Great Recession?
Have we finally learned that Wall Street has no moral compass and cannot be left to it’s own strange, recession/depression producing devices?
Here’s a guy named Jim Wallis, author of a new book called “Rediscovering Values” appearing in mid January on “The Daily Show” with Jon Stewart.
Among his interesting thoughts on Wall Street’s take down of the U.S. economy in a no-regulation, guns blazing, Wild West greed feeding frenzy is this: “Where there is no moral framework, no ethical sensibility the “market” ends up devouring all the other sectors and then devours itself.”
It’s an interesting interview. CLICK READ MORE to bring up the video player

Okay. This really isn't a video but it most certainly is worth viewing. It's a series of photos that dramatically illustrate how important it is for a nature photographer to look around once in a while to see what is sneaking up on him from the rear. You talk about one scared shooter. Click READ MORE to bring up the photos.
|“MIGHTY MORPHIN – POWER RANGERS” THE NEW MOVIE|
January 23, 2010
The kids are gonna go gah-gah over the new Power Rangers movie that hits in May. This is a fan made trailer for the ORIGINAL PR movie and the producer says,“ certain short clips were taken from the Star Trek and Dragonball Evolution Trailers…the music is "Groove Addicts - Hellbent" (also used in the "Robin Hood" trailer)…this is an independent, non-profit, artistic expression created purely for fun and is in no way connected to, or endorsed by 20th Century Fox or Disney.”
The guy just did such a nice job on editing this we’d thought we’d throw it in here in the videos. Simply another guilty pleasure. Know what we mean?
