(GOLDENDALE, WA) -- A killer who was classified over 20 years ago as criminally insane - and who escaped last Thursday from a Spokane County field trip organized by his mental hospital - was captured by law enforcement officers Sunday afternoon in Klickitat County, in South Central Washington.
