What is being done? I was unable to make the meeting, but is there an action plan? If so what and who can I contact?

Thanks

well, sort of been taken care of already as i understand. they only had like 10 gang members in the whole town and according to this article (http://www.skyvalleychronicle.com/OPINION-AND-EDITORIAL/SEATTLE-TIMES-DOES-HATCHET-JOB-ON-SULTAN) 50% of them are behind bars looking at long prison stretches.

the cops have put a big time watch on the remaining 5 who may now be rethinking the gang lifestyle thing. sounds like the media including this web site made a big time deal and did an overblown hype on the whole thing as they normaly do and city offcials over reacted as they alwasy do..

make no mistake it was a sad thing to see happen to the young man who was killed but in context of what happens in a seattle or everett everyday of the year, it is way down on crime relevance scale. we know people in Sultan who walk their dogs at all hours of day and night, never been hassled by anyone and never been approached by anyone who looks like gang banger. so if gangs were such a big problem, how come they did not know and they live there?

i read the seattle Times article on Sultan and agree it was a hatchet job. people there should be a more worried about the Big Brother spy camera network the city is setting up with all those video cameras and more on the way, when those cameras don't do a thing to stop crimes.

they sure dindlt stop that young boy from being killed right near city hall and they had cameras recording the whole thing. this website did a long story on the security video thing. That whole business is a scam being sold to people as making them safer. what a joke. what they really do well is a build an accurate data base of citizen movements over time.

first thing a dictator does to eventually control a population is to know the population's movements day and night then control those movements. second thing is they confiscate guns from citizens. third thing is, game over. citizens lose.
