Two more men at Woodinville based company charged with raping same drywall apprentice
March 07, 2018

Chronicle staff

(WOODINVILLE, WA.) – Two more men employed by a Woodinville-based wall and ceiling contractor have been charged with raping the same drywall apprentice last year, after one was charged last month according to a new report by SeattlePI.com.

The report says all three men were foremen with authority over the alleged victim and police reports indicate a fourth offender may exist.

Mauricio Antonio-Perez, 38, and 41-year old Ramiro Benicio-Zepeda join 33-year-old Matthew Riley as defendants in the case, according to the story which added that each man was employed at a company called Northwest Partitions.

Items from the report:

~ The alleged victim says Benicio-Zepeda raped her twice on the job in the course of three days in September 2017, according to a police incident report. The two were working on a building in West Seattle when these attacks allegedly occurred.

~ She also claimed Benicio-Zepeda raped her at a Volvo dealership in Lynnwood. He allegedly told her that if she went to authorities, she would be fired and deported.

~ Riley, who was arrested Feb. 16 and released Feb. 17 is alleged to have raped the woman several times in October 2017. Multiple police reports indicate a fourth foreman also may have attacked her.

~ Benecio-Zepeda remains held on $450,000 bail on a second-degree rape charge and Antonio-Perez has been jailed on $300,000 for third-degree rape. They were arrested Feb. 27.

A Northwest Partitions official told the newspaper the alleged victim is on paid leave while the defendants are all on unpaid leave, that the company is cooperating with the police investigation and has taken steps to have a professional investigation of its own initiated.
